I’m Adam Dyet, a Florida-licensed home inspector, retired U.S. Army officer, and owner of Strategic Inspections South Florida.

During my military career, I spent years evaluating complex situations, identifying risks, planning carefully, and communicating information clearly so others could make informed decisions. I bring that same methodical approach to every property I inspect.

As a Palmetto Bay resident and South Florida homeowner, I understand the challenges local properties face. Hurricanes, heat, humidity, and moisture intrusion sit alongside aging electrical and plumbing systems, pools, generators, septic systems, and changing insurance requirements, and I know how each one shows up in a real inspection.
